Pastor Chris & Tina Cramer are driven by their desire to see people reach their potential in Christ.
Pastor Chris communicates with an authentic, open style, being very transparent and real with people. He mixes humor and Biblical truth that impacts people toward spiritual transformation. He and his wife Tina have a passion to see people grow in intimacy with God, in community with other believers and in influence with those who are lost. Pastor Chris has a real love for the unchurched people. He is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God. He has served on the Southern Ohio State Youth & Christian Education Board and he now serves on the Ohio Youth and discipleship Boards. As a Certified Abstinence Educator and Healthy Relationships Presenter, he is a highly sought after School Assembly Keynote Speaker and a Crisis Prevention Programs Advocate.
Tina holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has used her talents to minister to young children in the public system as well as in the church. Currently at FWC she serves as our Ministries Coordinator and as our Women’s Ministries Director. Tina also serves on the Ohio Women's Descipleship Board.
Pastor Steve & April are the proud parents of two sons, Owen and Elijah.
Pastor Steve and April have worked in Youth Ministry for several years, as well as serving on a Youth Board. They come to us with a wide range of experiences and talents. They truly have a heart for students of all walks of life. Their passion is seeing students realizing their full potential in Christ. Their desire is to create an atmosphere where students connect...with Christ and with each other, finding freedom to express themselves through drama, dance, music, and multi-media.
Pastor Steve serves on our praise team singing and using his musical talents to play the guitar. And, April is our Praise and Worship leader. April's incredible musical ability coupled with her desire for true worship enables her to lead our Praise Band and Worship Team to a deeper level. Her tender style of leading ushers worshippers into God's presence in a powerful and personal way each week.
Josh and Jamie have a deep love for children.
Their energy and passion for ministry is contagious. Growing up in church, they have a keen sense of the needs of young worshippers. Josh and Jamie bring a youthful and innovative approach to reaching children. Their heart for ministry at FWC overflows into other areas as well. Josh serves as our lead drummer and Jamie sings on our Praise Team as well as serves as our Resident Historian (photographer) and web designer.
Adam & Jessica McIntosh, Financial Director
Adam and Jessica are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Jonna and Libby.
As successful business owners they bring experience and innovative ideas for administration and the ‘behind the scenes’ responsibilities that are enabling FWC to become a real outreach and source of hope for our surrounding communities. They have a true heart and passion for ministry and building a strong and healthy foundation for FWC.
Adam and Jessica have a burden to see couples build healthy and strong marriages built squarely on a foundation in God's Word. They are creating a marriage enrichment ministry to serve couples of FWC and our communities.
Adam also uses his musical talents inside the church serving as a member of our Praise and Worship Band and teaching guitar lessons as well as performing and touring with 2 Bluegrass Groups.
